Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a thermosetting material that cures rapidly at high temperatures, offering exceptional heat resistance and flexibility.

It provides proven biocompatibility for applications in medical and infant products, and with outstanding chemical resistance and insulating properties, it is highly optimized for precision part molding.

The Liquid Injection Molding (LIM) process enables precise molding of parts using LSR materials. 

Full automation of the molding process not only shortens cycle time and dramatically enhances productivity but also ensures an environmentally friendly manufacturing environment.
