SPEC-1 BARREL SYSTEM
SPEC-1 is the most common and fundamental dispensing system, also known as the barrel system.
It utilizes a high-performance controller to handle medium to high-viscosity dispensing tasks and can be widely applied from manual operations to automated equipment.
This system employs an AIR PULSE method to dispense materials by applying air pulses to the material surface, allowing the dispensing volume to be controlled according to dispensing time, pressure, and needle specifications.
SPEC-2 CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
SPEC-2, like SPEC-1, uses an air-driven dispensing method but employs a cartridge to contain the material.
The cartridge has a larger capacity than a barrel, enabling the dispensing of a larger volume at once.
This system is advantageous for dispensing large quantities and requires cartridge-related accessories for system configuration.
SPEC-3 CARTRIDGE + VALVE SYSTEM
SPEC-3 is a system that applies a metering valve to the SPEC-2 system.
By incorporating the metering valve, it prevents drips that can occur when dispensing low-viscosity materials, which are difficult to handle with SPEC-2 alone, and minimizes variations in dispensing volume caused by differences in fluid head pressure.
SPEC-DC DUAL CARTRIDGE + ANTI DRIP VALVE SYSTEM
Designed as a compact dual cartridge dispensing system, it mounts a material-filled dual cartridge (e.g., 50cc) to the dispensing head and connects to the dedicated MOD3 controller (MODCON3-DC).
An anti-drip valve at the head outlet provides a clean cut-off and significantly reduces dripping with low-viscosity materials.
SPEC-4 PRESSURE TANK + VALVE SYSTEM
SPEC-4 is a system that uses a large capacity pressure tank along with a metering valve, allowing the storage and dispensing of large quantities of material efficiently.
