2025 Leadership Training for Assistant Managers & Managers

Taeha Co., Ltd. successfully conducted a specialized Leadership Training program on March 21, 2025, for our Assistant Managers and Managers. 

This session was designed to strengthen the leadership foundations of our mid-level professionals, focusing on conflict resolution and enhanced communication strategies.

The program featured an in-depth analysis of four distinct behavioral types, allowing participants to understand interpersonal dynamics better and learn how to adapt their communication styles to different personalities.
